After a project is over, do you offer continued support?
Yes, I provide post-project assistance but only for minor adjustments or follow-up discussions on what content was built. For businesses and professionals that require regular assistance with content and ads, I also provide retainer packages. Ask me about them! (psssttt….they’re customized & personal!!)
How long does a project usually take to complete?
Project schedules are often determined by the size and complexity. In our first consultation, we will go over precise timelines.
How will revisions work?
If you think something needs to be changed or edited in your copy, please let me know. We will work together to build compelling copy that illustrates your vision. After reviewing your deliverable, send out edits within a week and allocate 3-5 days for those edits.
Is ad management a stand-alone service that you provide?
Yes, I provide ad management as a stand-alone service as well as a part of a full-service marketing package. I can create a plan to fit your needs. If you need help with a one-time campaign, I can help. If you are seeking for continuous marketing support, I can help.
What does the onboarding process look like?
To start, we will have a discovery call where I will learn more about what makes your unique business needs, objectives, target audience, etc. From there, you can expect a follow-up with me thorough email where I will a recap and aa brief overview of what I can provide to accommodate the needs of your business.
Then, I will draft a proposal that will outline the timeline and pricing. Lastly, I will send a state of work to your inbox. This final document will highlight the scope, timelines, deliverables requested, payment method, and with spaces for both of our signatures to finalize everything.
What is your payment process/policy?
Retainer and bundles projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. A one-time project calls for a 50% upfront payment. The other 50% is due after the first draft is completed.
Who do you usually work with?
I mostly work with specialists in personal development, mental health, and related areas. I am, however, open to helping any service-based business that wants to create empathic and authentic messaging to help people.
